The organization, now known as the Worldwide ERC, was formed in the mid-1960s to assist relocation professionals with their work helping executives settle from one location to another. Membership is limited to men and women who are already working in the relocation industry. Only members in good standing are allowed to take the training courses that result in additional certifications that can add extra letters to the end of ones name.
The exams that follow these seminars are very comprehensive and cover every possible aspect of corporate relocation. Topics covered center highly around real estate dealings and appraisals.
